Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any preferred cheese)
  • 2 large Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and shredded cheese.
  • If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the waffle maker is ready, lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the waffle maker, spreading it evenly.
  • Close the waffle maker and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
  • Carefully remove the chaffle and let it cool slightly before serving.
