Ingredients

  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • Ranch dressing optional
  • Blue cheese crumbles optional
  • Celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • If using lettuce leaves, place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture onto a lettuce leaf.
  • If using low-carb tortillas, place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the tortilla.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
  • Roll up the lettuce leaf or tortilla to create a wrap.
  • Serve with celery sticks on the side.
