Easy Keto Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Everything bagel seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder.
  • Add the almond flour mixture and eggs to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Flatten the balls slightly to form a bagel shape, using your finger to poke a hole in the center.
  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow the bagels to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
